 12 Eggs
 3 Shortcut Rindless Bacon Rashers
 30 g Sliced Capsicum
 30 g Mushrooms
 60 g Spinach

Pre-heat your oven to 200ºC.

Crack the 12 eggs and whisk well. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread all the ingredients into 6 muffin slots.

Evenly pour the whisked eggs into each slot.

Place your muffin tray into the oven for 20-30 minutes/until fully cooked through.
