Learn How Cannelle Took Her Body To The Next Level!

Nothing is more frustrating than trying really hard with your exercise and nutrition and not seeing results.

Cannelle was really into group training, completing 4-5 classes per week along with trying to make better nutritional choices. But she wasn’t seeing the results she thought she would.

Cannelles trainer Siobhan said, “At the start of Cannelles transformation, we needed to nail the basics of both nutrition and exercise. Cannelle had a base with her exercise which was great, but we quickly changed this to start her with 3 full body resistance training sessions each week and the adjusted from there”.

Training towards an amazing result is going to be hard work, but Cannelle went above and beyond with her training, hitting PB’s every session, learning new movements and consistently walking over 12,000 steps per day.

Understanding the basics with nutrition was key

For Cannelle, educating her how to actually get into a calorie deficit was crucial. Once she started to understand how to chose lower calorie options and alternatives was when she started to see amazing results with Siobhan. Ensuring she was full of energy during her sessions and recovering well was also another main point of focus during her transformation.

You mindset is crucial

As Cannelle had a time frame for her result, there was no alternative option. She needed to take her body to the next level otherwise she wouldn’t feel her best whilst on her holiday.
