Siobhan is a Senior Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Director of Empower Pre and Post Natal training at Outer Strength Fitness.
She believes that EVERYONE has the ability to improve their health and fitness no matter what barriers, whether physical, mental or emotional, they may need to overcome.
Siobhan’s knowledge base is extensive, specialising in Exercise Nutrition, Body Transformations and Pre- and Postnatal Coaching. Her background as a teacher also gives her a unique edge in identifying her client’s strengths and areas for improvement, inspiring her to educate them across all areas of nutrition and fitness to assist them achieve their goals.
Siobhan prides herself on her ability to equip her clients with the motivation and skills needed to prioritise fitness and nutrition into their increasingly busy lives. This strategy not only sets her clients up to meet their goals in the most simple and effective way possible, but also ensures their long term success.
Her enthusiasm is contagious and she uses this to ensure her clients fall in love with their training program, are motivated to challenge themselves in achieving new PB’s every session and, most importantly, they ENJOY the process of transforming their body, routine and mindset.
