    You sit down with your coach, set really specific goals that YOU want to achieve, and then every aspect of my training and nutrition was completely tailored towards my goals and daily lifestyle.

  • JJ was great in terms of being results orientated and realistic with the outcomes. I like how the programs are tailored exactly to what your body needs and what ends up being an enjoyable workout. JJ had a nice balance of resistance training, cardio, core and stretching exercises. He is focused on the form being right so no injuries. Also beyond the PT sessions, he gave great advice on nutrition and also helped with suggested workouts throughout the week, so that you can maintain and achieve the goals you want.
